NEW! Red Bull Soapbox Derby, Red Rocks Park - October 25
Brian and the kids went to the Red Bull Soapbox Derby at Red Rocks Park to watch the crazy contraptions attempt to navigate down a swtisty, turny, hay-bailed course to glory. There were some spills and a whole lot of creativity on the part of many teams. We got a few pictures of the event using Brian's cell phone. Check 'em out here...
NEW! Lena's 7th Birthday Party

Lena the boulderer!
Lena has been climbing quite a bit on the Maynes family climbing wall...and she's getting pretty darn good! She climbs easily to the top of the wall...without a rope! "I'm free-soloing," she says. Not only can she climb up, but she can also downclimb quite well, but lately she finds it more fun to just jump off onto the futon mattress from about 6 feet up. She's quite the daredevil.
