Evaluation considers long-term observations with the use of data-recording, the intervention stategy implemented, and its efficacy at the time. Future action may then be minimized once trends are observed, which decreases overall scout-monitoring time. Typically landscape monitoring plateaus and begins to decrease in three-to-five years after implementation of the program.
